ROCK&ROLL, BABY!

What a fine day ت Sunny and everything nice!
Random

I need that daily dose of coffee and cigarettes.

Random stuff running thru my mind now: Hot pink & red nails | Blue hair | Bridge piercing | More tattoos

I finally got to meet up with Lionel. I missed him like crazy. Headed down to Holland V, our usual hangout place. Patrice and Kaydence joined us later. Anyway, it was definitely great meeting him. Especially when it has been a long time, stories are never ending. From topics about the past Halloween, contemplating to be a volunteer at Thailand, to Spider-pigs. Weird and really random topics aye, I know. And! Old jokes never fail to crack me up, still. Laughing so loudly at Breko turned heads, but we couldn’t care less. Boy, it sure was a Friday night well spent!

Macau Trip (Day TWO to FIVE)

Day TWO (14th November’09)

Day Two was just the start of my photo snapping escapade in Macau. Plus, the weather was FANTASTIC. You could walk literally the whole day and not feel exhausted at all. Dad and I love the cold weather. So much so that Dad behaves like a lil kid when a sudden cold wind blew past.

Alright! I’m so lazy to edit the pictures, so I’ll just collage them. FINALLY! Oh gosh. SO MANY PICTURES to do so! It’s so easy to snap the shutter, but ten thousand times more difficult when sorting them out. Anyway, the pictures summarize day two.

Oh, and I have to talk about Ruins of St. Paul’s! I love that place. After seeing the place only on HK drama shows, we finally got to see it real. I mean, right in front of us. The place is BEAUTIFUL and majestic, even from afar. Headed up to the Fortress right above and we could stay up there forever. Great weather and amazing view from above!

After much photo taking, we walked down to the alley just right below St. Paul’s Ruin. One after another and side by side, the whole alley was lined up with stores selling traditional Macanese products. From ol’ famous traditional Almond Cookies to the awfully delicious Portuguese Egg Tarts, whatever Macanese food product you want, they have it there. And, the people there literally stuff samples of food into your mouth. Anyway! After almost an hour of walking in and out, to and fro the different (but almost similar) stores, TWENTY SEVEN boxes of Almond Cookies and other products. Mom was so excited that she asked me to snap a picture of her carrying all the bags of the stuff she bought. Of course, she couldn’t carry all by herself. So we all did our part. Spot the picture of Mom carrying the bags of her buy (not all were in the picture) in one of the collages. Dad had no choice but to smile for the picture too.

Alright, if I were to type out one by one of all the places and stuff we did, I’d go crazy. So, let the pictures tell them.

Oh, Dad ordered live abalones. HUGE and alive. It is so disgusting. Sel and I thought they were dead, until we used some random stuff (the paper pocket for chopsticks, I think) to poke it. It moved. Oh goddddd. So disgusting.

Isn’t the night view beautiful? I love it!

Day THREE

My favourite food there, the Pineapple Bun!

Headed off to The Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel after breakfast. The Grand Canal Shoppes is said to be the Asia’s Most Unique and Opulent Shopping Experience. Let the pictures tell you how magnificent the place is. Even the food court, Festivita Food Court is an awesome place to eat at.

Macau Tower, the 10th tallest towers in the world with the main observation 223m above ground. Although the day was a little hazy, the view was still breathtaking!

I know it is kinda mean, but I spent five minutes laughing at Mom. Cuz she dared not even walk close to the platform, and she kept saying her legs were shaking. MOP80/90 to sit at the benches allocated a distance from the view. Mom’s expression was hilarious!

I really wonder how can they not freeze during the jump.

Tea at Patisserie. Really pretty pastries and breads fresh out of the ovens.

The 9th Macau Food Festival, with over 100 food booths from almost everywhere!

Fisherman’s Wharf in the day.

Mom and Dad headed off to Casa Real Casino after dinner. As my beloved sister is underage, I had to stay in the room and watch AXN with her. Oh, and did I mention that the view from Mom and Dad’s room is scary. It looked like some scary building view with red glow in some HK horror movies. Thank goodness the view from our room was great!

Alright, these mark the end of day three!

Day FOUR & FIVE

Dad brought this for us when he came by to our room in the morning. HAHA!

Dad asked me to wear that wind breaker. LOL! Made me even colder. Anyhows. We were being dumb, and Selene dared me to post my retarded pictures up. Tsk. I look like some psycho shit.

ALRIGHT. These were the places we went on Day Four before heading off to the airport at 0100hours.

WOOHOO! I am finally done posting about my trip.
So. All the posts below summarized my short trip to that Asian and mini version of Las Vegas (:

Oh God. There’re so many pictures to upload, my fingers are close to getting a spasm by clicking.I think I’ll just upload them later. Dang! Facebook is giving me helluva problems too :(
